The Avatier Identity Anywhere connector is a powerful integration that will help to streamline the management of Epic identities while providing a layer of security to make sure that users have the proper access and removing access if it is no longer needed.

All of these functions can be leveraged from an administration function or can be utilized by the user giving them full self-service capabilities. The integration provides the following functions:

  • Password resets and unlock account – If a user is locked out or cannot remember their password, they can use a multitude of authentication options to verify their identity and then perform these functions.
  • Provision Epic Identities – Allow the system to create new identities utilizing a request capability or leverage an HR system to drive the creation of identities.
  • Access Management – Allow users, their managers, or administrators the capability to request access all while using Avatier patented workflow to make sure all of the needed approvals are performed.
  • Access Governance – It is critical that access is reviewed on a timely basis and Avatier Access Governance will provide simple access reviews to verify that identities have the access they should.
  • Off Boarding Epic Identities – When a user is no longer with the organization or no longer needs access to Epic allow Avatier’s solution to make sure all of the accounts are disabled and access is removed limiting exposure to the organization and making sure to not have orphan accounts.
