American Red Cross Typhoon Appeal

With over 2 million people needing food and 580,000 displaced, Avatier immediately responded to the Philippines government’s plea for aid. In addition to relief contributions for Typhoon Haiyan victims, Avatier reached out to other Silicon Valley companies to encourage them to donate and challenged them to match its contribution. The non profit organizations and disaster relief funds Avatier requested charities go to include: The American Red Cross, UNICEF, Save The Children’s Typhoon Haiyan Children’s Relief Fund, and The Salvation Army.

AIDS/LifeCycle is a fully supported, 7-day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Every year, this landmark ride through beautiful California delivers a life-changing experience for thousands of participants from all backgrounds and fitness levels united by a common desire to do something heroic. To raise money and awareness in the fight against HIV/AIDS, Avatier will ride along. Avatier is proud to fund and support The Blue Angels Warrior Foundation in San Diego, California. Avatier provides aid to assist, honor, and support service men and women who require medical, psychological and emotional services. The Warrior Foundation helps seriously injured veterans who are assigned to Naval Hospitals and going through out patient rehabilitation. Avatier can think of no cause more noble than giving back to our military men and women who bravely served and continue to sacrifice for our country.

Danville Concours d' Elegance Foundation

Danville d’Elegance Foundation supports organizations to find a cure for Parkinson’s disease. Since 2004, through the generous support of corporate and personal sponsors, the Foundation raised over one million dollars for this debilitating cause. All of the annual weekend activities for Danville d’Elegance are completely run by a team of more than 200 volunteers. In giving back Avatier helps the Foundation’s funding in alignment with The Michael J. Fox Foundation and The Parkinsons Institute.

The Carmel Foundation is a membership organization with over 3,000 members over 55 years of age. The Carmel Foundation vision is to facilitate successful aging by providing a broad spectrum of interactive activities and services for the ever-changing physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of our members. In giving back charitable contributions, Avatier and other sponsors enable the Foundation to fulfill its mission to assist local seniors on California’s Monterey Peninsula.

Visionary civic leader Bob Weinberg founded The California Highway Patrol 11-99 Foundation in 1982 to provide emergency benefits to California Highway Patrol employees and their families in times of crisis. Since its inception, the Foundation has distributed more than twenty-one million dollars in assistance to current, retired and fallen in the line of duty CHP employees and their families. Avatier is honored to give back to the widows and children of CHP Officers.
