All of Avatier Identity Management Server™ solutions seamlessly communicate to the following platforms for self-service password reset, transparent password synchronization, user provisioning, and user deprovisioning.  These target systems are supported right out of the box without having to learn a proprietary scripting language to get started.  These platforms are setup, configured, and tested in less than 30 minutes per system without requiring any customization other than the system name displayed to your end users.

Only Avatier's Identity Management solutions can be interfaced to your help desk system, so that all problem tickets are automatically created and updated in any language.

The primary benefits of automated ticket generation are:

  • Blazing Speed - tickets are opened and closed in a matter of milliseconds instead of minutes.
     
  • Improves Accuracy - by removing the human element,  AIMS provides a uniform method of logging for all types of incidents.
     
  • Avoids Redundancy - no need for support staff to enter redundant information about calls.  Any actions performed by AIMS solution is automatically propagated to the help desk system.

Avatier Identity Management Server multilingual external user exit facility is used to interface any help desk system, from any vendor.  This one of a kind multilingual facility can:

  • Create new trouble tickets.
  • Update and optionally close existing tickets.
  • Communicate with the help desk system when any event take place on the AIMS server. Events that may trigger interaction between AIMS and a help desk system include user deprovisioned/user deleted, user added to domain admins group, user disabled,  authentication attempts, password verification or reset, user provisioned, security violations, successful or failed operations, etc.
  • Execute mission critical business logic. You can configure the software to execute different actions based on different events.
  • Send e-mail alerts to support staff, security officers or users.
  • Execute any program.

Multilingual Supported Languages
English is the default language.  Organizations may choose to purchase the European Language Pack which supports French, Spanish, German.  Optionally, Avatier also sells a Far East Language Pack which includes Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), and Japanese.  All products automatically detect browser language settings and convert to the desired language.  Contact Avatier if your organization requires support for languages additional languages.

AIMS supports sending end user emails and alerts in their native language.  Password Station supports Multilanguage identity enrollment.  Administrators have additional control to specify which language should be used for the configuration web pages, help desk ticketing, and even the audit log.  All default English templates have been converted to each of the other supported languages.  Finally, Avatier recognizes that some organizations may have administrators spread out around the world, in this case, each administrator has language specific emails and alerts.
