Inside Sales
Representative
Positions Available Include: Northeast, Southeast,
Northwest, Southwest, Midwest, & South
Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative works closely with a
sales team consisting of a Territory Manager and Sales
Engineers. The goal of the sales team is: to achieve or
exceed the revenue targets, and work with customers to
ensure their success. The Inside Sales Representative
will be responsible for:
- Generating new business revenues of $250,000 to $500,000 per quarter from new and
existing customers via telephone.
- A minimum of 45 calls per day consisting of inbound as well as outbound phone calls.
Total phone time should equate to 4-5 hours per day.
Turn in a detailed call sheet daily.
- Keeping up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the
company, and prepares weekly reports and forecasts in
written and verbal format.
- Working daily with our channel organization to generate leads as well as revenue.
- Strategizing with your regional Microsoft representatives to fully maximize territory
penetration.
- Being the ''eyes and ears'' of your field personnel; you should be a clear, quick thinker.
- Exercising judgment with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Possess thorough knowledge of company and
products/services.
- The ability to present and sell our solutions to all levels within the
organization.
- Sending direct mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients.
- Obtaining sales leads.
Required Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Windows
NT/2000 environments
- Extensive knowledge of
Microsoft applications - Word/Excel/Outlook/etc.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding revenue quota in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Proving the ability to handle, adapt, and overcome change
- Detail and results oriented
- Must be able to travel approx once every three months
- Must be proud to be part of the Sales team.

Territory Manager
Positions Available Include: Northeast, Southeast,
Northwest, Southwest, Midwest, & South
Job Description
The Territory Manager works closely with a sales team
consisting of an Inside Sales Representative and Sales
Engineer. The goal of the sales team is: to achieve or
exceed the revenue targets, and work with customers to
ensure their success. As a Territory Manager for Avatier
Administration and Security Products, Services and
Support, you will be responsible for the following:
- Generate business revenues of
$1m per annum from new and existing customers in a
specific territory.
- Planning and managing the
territory business with assistance from dedicated Inside
Sales Rep and Sales Engineers.
- Developing new and extending
existing business relationships with regional Microsoft
and other selected partner organizations.
- Cooperating with other sales
channels to maximize revenue generated from geographic
territory.
- Maintain a good level of
service and support with existing customers.
- Provide weekly verbal and
written reports on activity, opportunities and
forecasted closure of deals.
Required Skills
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years sales experience into mid and large size IT organizations.
- Demonstrate a high-level of
self-motivation, commitment and activity to attain
corporate and personal goals.
- You will need to be able to present and sell our solutions to all levels within the
organization.
- You must have evidence of
winning substantial business contracts with mid and
large-size corporations.
- You must have evidence of good team leadership, organization and motivational skills.
- You will need to be familiar with the IT Operations market place.
Preferred Skills
- You must have a minimum 7
years sales experience into mid and large-size
organizations.
- Have experience selling
administration products for an Avatier competitor.
- Must have established contacts
and relationships within IT organizations of
corporations with geographic territory.
- Completion of strategic
selling (or similar) training courses is preferred.
- Familiarity with negotiation
of software license and consulting services agreements.
- Knowledge of network, server,
OS and administration products and market is preferred.
- Familiarity with Security
software products and markets is preferred.
